Start with what can be verified
Collect invoices, receipts, pay records, medical bills, contracts, estimates, account statements, and other documents that support each claimed loss. Keep estimates separate from amounts you can already prove.
Make the connection clear
For every category of harm, explain what happened, when the loss occurred, how you calculated it, and which document supports it. A clear damages summary helps a reviewer assess the case without searching through every file first.
